IR RESISTANT CAMO – EXCELENT NIR PROPERTIES – ELIMINATES FLASH AND CONCEALS
With today’s technology it is important to stay concealed in any circumstance. As you may know colors that we see is just light reflecting off the objects and reaching our eye at a certain light wave lenght. But light has many wave lenghts so there is infrared light human eyes cannot see but Night Vision optics pick up that light. In this case IR resistance comes in handy, by not reflecting IR light spectrum in the selected camo colors we are able to create a camo pattern more effective under IR illumination.
WATER OIL AND ACID REPELLANCY
Treatment for water repellancy makes fabric waterproof, but not only waterproof and any liquid just slides off leaving the fabric surface completly dry. Shake out, wipe with a dry cloth or let slip away any water and GEARSKIN™ is dry. Similar to water repellancy GEARSKIN™ fabric is not affected by any oil / grease that may have come to contact with. Just wipe the oil from fabric surface with a clean dry cloth and have your GEARSKIN™ just as clean as it was before. Acid repellancy offers the same principal as the one repelling water and oil.
WEAVING – RIPSTOP AND TWILL WEAVE – LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE FABRIC
Ripstop and twill In order to develop agile and lightweight superstrong products we decided the majority to be made of fabric with interwoven ripstop reinforcement threads in a crosshatch pattern. Also twill weave makes our fabrics a bit thicker but also even stronger properties.

ANTI ABRASION – MECHANICAL DAMAGE
GEARSKIN™ fabric surface is resistant to mechanical damage by friction in contact with any other fabric and other smaller abrasive actions caused by natural elements (branches, dust, dirt…). This does not include heavy mechanical damage and cuts caused by blades, sharp objects, etc. (our lab testing shown even 100 000 cycles of friction before there is any noticable change on the fabric surface)
ANTI-SOIL (ANTI DIRT & ANTI DUST)
Great protection for your gear! If it gets muddy, dirty, just let it dry out and scrape off any residue – your gear is clean again. GEARSKIN™ has the capacity to repel the dispersion of impurities and greasy dirt. The dirt adheres to the fabric surface in the form of small drops, which are easy to remove. Even when the dirt dries ot, you can easily scrape it of and it wont stay on the fabric.

WRINKLED CAN BE STRAIGHTEN AND FUNCTIONAL AGAIN
When it happens (and it will eventually) that GEARSKIN™ gets smashed and wrinkled, just separate it, stick it to a flat surface and it will straighten up again. So User can fold and wrinkle the fabric but after applying to a flat surface fabric will even out all surface anomalies.
